The Crete Trip

The First National Event of ESN Greece is coming!! 

400 Erasmus students from Athens, Thessaloniki, Ioannina and Crete together with international guests!

PROGRAMME

Thursday 12/05/11 
Travel to Crete during the night

Friday 13/05/11
Arrival in Heraklion port early in the morning where our private buses will meet us at 07:00 to take us to Elounda where we will start the BARBECUE CRUISE.
At this point the Erasmus students from the TEI of Crete will join us too and we will go to one of the most beautiful beaches of Crete; "Kolokitha"! 
We will have a swim and then a delicious barbecue meal will be waiting for us!! 
Then, back to the buses we will go to Plaka village for a beach party (special prices apply for those carrying an ESN card)!!! 
We will check in at the hotel late in the night after the party!

Saturday 14/05/11
Breakfast in the hotel
Leaving with the buses at 11:00 to Watercity park! An amazing pool & waterslides park in the countryside! In the afternoon we go back at the hotel and you have some free time.At 23:00 our private buses will come to take us to the party of ESN Tei of Crete! We will also go back by the same buses

Sunday 15/05/11
Breakfast in the hotel
We check out the hotel at 11:00 and take our private buses to Matala Village. There is a beautiful beach with amazing caves! Special prices apply for those carrying an ESN card at a specific beach bar there. We go back to the buses at 18:00 on our way to the boat and finally back to Athens but the fun continues at the boat

What's NOT Included in the price:
- The transportation to and from Heraklion, Crete
The sections from Thessaloniki and from Athens will arrange arrival all together, so contact them for additional information (see office hours) It is advised to join them for guaranteed fun on board. However, you can also come to Crete on your own.

PAYMENT
=====

Within one week from your online registration you need to pay in the office hours to ESN KAPA Athens office:

Saturday, 16/4: 17.00-19.00

Sunday, 17/4: 16.00-18.00

Tuesday 19/04 18:00-19:00

For ESN International guests, the payment can be done upon your arrival in Crete
