Peloponnisos Trip

Are you ready for yet another unforgettable Erasmus experience?
ESN KAPA Athens is organizing a trip to Peloponnese!! Since there are no classes on the 25th of March ( thanks to the Greek revolution) we are planning to stay in the legend...ARY town of Sparta for the weekend!! Are you in??

Our schedule:

Friday 25/3 : We start by exploring Monemvasia, a rocky island just a few meters away from the mainland with a well maintained byzantine castle on it. the wandering around the alleys, the ascension to the imposing church of St Sophie and the incomparable view will leave you breathless! Later on, we go to Sparta, where our hotel is located and get the party started!

Saturday 26/3 : We tour around the cave of Diros, a true masterpiece of nature, BY BOATS! Then, we visit Gytheio, which is a picturesque seafront city that almost looks like an island! And later… SPARTA TO PARTY VOL2!!

Sunday 27/3 : We visit Mystras, one of the most important archeological sites of Greece, where the Byzantine castles will instantly take us to a completely different age of time! And then… departure time .

Price: 70 euros with esn card, including accommodation, transportation (with a double-decker bus!!) and visit to the cave and all archeological sites

How to register

Since the 25th of March is considered to be a busy period for excursions, there are only 76 spots available, so there will be a priority list!

First of all, you should fill the online form, which will be available from Wednesday 16/3 in order to book a place. Then, you’ll be informed via email whether you're one of the participants or you’re in the waiting list. If you book a place, you should come to our office during the office hours in order to pay and confirm your place. The places of the people who don’t pay until the deadline will be given to the first ones in the waiting list.
Because of the limited number of the places, priority will be given to the first 30 erasmus of the National and Kapodistrian university of Athens.

**Please note that the rooms will be triples, so make sure you register the same time as your friends, so nobody is left out!!!**

Refund Policy
Each ticket belongs to the person who bought it.
If someone who paid does not wish to come to the trip, should inform us until Wednesday 23/3.

After Wednesday, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Giving your ticket to someone else is strictly forbidden, so people who have tickets, but are not in the list of participants of the trip can not be accepted.
